Perennial, erect, 15-30 cm tall, branched; stem brown, hirsute; hairs white. Leaves oval to ovate, 1-2.5 cm x 3-15 mm, upper leaves gradually smaller, sessile to shortly petiolate, upper surface hirsute, lower white pubescent, margin crenate to serrate. Flowers solitary at the tips of branches, pubescent; pedicel 2 mm to 1 cm long. Flowers 3-5 mm long. Calyx segments 2 mm, triangular to ovate; calyx as long as the corolla segments, externally strigose, lobes c. 1 mm long. Style c. 2 mm long, stigams 3.
