Locality: Herm. Lugdb. 682, t. 683.; Rheed. mal. II. p. 75 t. 38. Habitat in Malabaria, Zeylona.

Type Specimens

• LT: "Lilium Zeylanicum umbelliferum et bulbiferum" in Hermann, Hort. Lugd.-Bat. Cat. 683, t. s.n. (1687) cited by Linnaean Plant Type Project as the lectotype, but Killick [47: t. 1875 (1983)] used the word "Iconotype" which is not in the Code as a valid term thus is not correctable to lectotype.
