Prostrate herb, young stem pubescent, hairs short white, spreading, old stems glabrescent. Stipules foliaceous, c. 4-5 mm long, pilose. Leaf imparipinnately compound, rachis c. 0.9-5.5 cm long (including petiole), petiole c. 3-5 mm. Leaflets 11-17, occasionally up to 23, opposite to subopposite or rarely alternate, obovate to elliptic-obovate, entire, tip truncate, obtuse to emarginate, pilose on both sides or glabrous above, petiolule less than 1 mm. Inflorescence a pedunculate axillary raceme, peduncle c. 3.0-6.5 cm long. Bracts c. 2-3 mm long, pilose. Pedicel c. 2-3 mm long, pilose, hairs white. Calyx c. 5-5.5 mm long, pilose, hairs white, teeth unequal, upper c. 1.5 mm, lower and lateral c. 2.0-2.5 mm. Corolla pink-purple, keel nearly white. Vexillum c. 9-12 mm long. Wing c. 10-13 mm long. Keel c. 10-13 mm long. Fruit stipe c. 5-8.5 mm long, fruit c. 10-18 mm long, tapering at both ends, pilose, hairs white, spreading, fruit septum less than 1 mm broad, 4-6-seeded.
