“Perennial herb, stemless or caulescent. Leaves imparipinnately compound, petiole c. 1-3.5 cm long, hirsute, rachis c. 1-1.5 cm long, hirsute; leaflets 3-9, terminal leaflet much longer, c. 12 mm long and broad, lateral ones oblique, sub-sessile, broadly obovate, subemarginate or obtuse, apiculate, cuneate at the base, fleshy, hirsute; stipules triangular, acute. Inflorescence a 1-flowered axillary ceme, peduncle c. 2 cm long. Calyx c. 1.7 cm long, gibbous at the base, hirsute, teeth c. 5 mm long. Corolla yellow. Vexillum c. 3.3 cm long, hirsute. Wing c. 2.7 cm long, glabrous. Keel c. 2.7 cm long, glabrous. Fruit c. 5 cm long, c. 4 mm broad, hirsute-tomentose, unilocular, seeds 8-9, embedded in spongy parenchyma”. (after Blatter l.c.).
