Perennial herb, 20-40 cm tall. Root woody. Stern branched from the base, internodes elongated, pubescent, hairs white and black, biramous. Leaf imparipinnately compound, 2.5-7.8 cm long, petiole 5-24 mm long, leaflets 9-15, 2.5-11 mm long, 2-5 mm broad, obovate, entire, obtuse, pubescent on both sides, hairs white, stipules 2-3 mm long. Inflorescence an elongated pedunculate raceme. Peduncle 5-13.5 cm long. Bracts 1.5-2 mm long, pubescent, hairs black and white. Pedicel c. 1 mm long. Calyx 5-7 mm long, pubescent, hairs white and black, teeth 1.5-2 mm long. Vexillum 12-15 mm long. Wing c. 11-11.5 mm long. Keel 8-9 mm long. Fruit 13-17 mm long, 2-3 mm broad, pubescent, hairs white and black, bilocular, seeds about 8.
