Annotation:
[although TL2, 2: 583 implies authorship of 'articles' is to be as attributed in index (in vol. 2 of Fl. Cab. being in preface iii-iv); additionally, although vol 1 preface v-vi refers to K&W simply as "editors", the authors of several binomials in indices of these volumes (which were published in 1838-1839), e.g., Willdenow, were long deceased, and clearly did not write any of the K &W text. It thus appears, at least in the case Cosmos diversifolius, that binomial authorship may be given as "Otto ex" K & W. jp-2014]
