Notes: The species is based on a type from India. The type of S. commersonii is from La Réunion. The 3 syntypes of S. obcordata are from Madagascar: none of these appears to have been chosen as a lectotype, Johnston in FTEA incorrectly cited Boivin 2644 as the holotype of this name.
