Notas
:
This species has distinctive, rather long elliptic-oblong leaves that are usually gently bullate and typically quite shiny on the upper surface. It is similar to Ladenbergia undata of nothern Venezuela, but this latter species can be separated morphologically by its leaves that are hirtellous- or villosulous-pubescent on the lower surface, vs. glabrous or with sparse appressed pubescence in L. bullata.
