Notes:
This species is characterized by its rather small rounded stipules with a medial ligulate appendage with glands at its tip on each side, its small to medium-sized petiolate leaves, its short laxly cymose inflorescence with the flowers subsessile in a dozen or more small heads, its rather small flowers, and its somewhat small fruits. Rudgea erioloba is similar to Rudgea crassiloba and Rudgea mcphersonii.
