Notas : Remijia delascoi is characterized by its verticillate, very narrow leaves with the higher order venation closely reticulated and prominulous on the lower surface and its pedunculate, racemiform to shortly pyramidal inflorescence. This species is documented by very few specimens. Remijia delascoi is generally similar to Remijia densiflora, which has leaves that are proportionally wider. Also some plants of Remijia marahuacensis have relatively narrow leaves but the flower sof that species are more robust and it is found at higher elevations.
Distribución : Humid vegetation in gallery forest at 300-400 m in the Guayana region; generally on sand substrates in southern Venezuela (Amazonas).
