Nutlets erect, ovoid-triangular to ovoid, surface tuberculate-verrucate, attached throughout their length to gynobase, sometimes heteromorphic, with nutlets winged or not, bearing glochidiate aculeate marginal appendages or toothed. Gynophore arising above the nutlets or not. Style hidden by nutlets or not.
