Blatter and Hallburg (l.c.) recorded this ‘species’ from the Panjgur area of Baluchistan. The occurrence of this Caucasian species is doubtful in Baluchistan and it was most probably Sameraria armena (L) Desv., with apparently similar fruits but with distinct style and wrinkled wings. This inference is because of the occur¬rence of Sameraria armena in Baluchistan.
