Datos del Proyecto     (Last Modified On 9/17/2016)
Notas : This species is rather robust (for Chimarrhis). Chimarrhis cymosa was circumscribed by 19th-century authors more broadly than today, to include all the Chimarrhis plants of the Antilles; however Chimarrhis cubensis and Chimarrhis jamaicensis are separated from Chimarrhis cymosa by Delprete (1999) and here. Chimarrhis jamaicensis is similar to Chimarrhis parviflora, and to Chimarrhis ekmanii if that is distinct.
Distribución : Wet forest at 300-1400 m, Jamaica and Hispaniola (Dominican Republic, Haiti).
