Note: The Willdenow sheet is a mixed collection; Sivarajan & Biju, Taxon 39: 665-674, 1990, designated the "A" plant as the type, but Siu et al., Taxon 70: 443-444, 2021 noted that the "B" plant corresponds to the species treated widely as H. diffusa and proposed conservation of the type as the "B" plant.
