Note:
Reveal et al. (Proc. Acad. Nat. Sci. Philadelphia 149: 1-64, 1999) discussed that the type material did not correspond to the type variety of the species. Reveal (Taxon 57: 305-306, 2008) reiterated this and proposed a conserved type to stabilize nomenclature.
