Notas : Remijia aracumuniensis is characterized by its robust habit, dense villosulous to pilose pubescence, narrowly elliptic opposite leaves, quite large rounded stipules, well developed peduncles, globose to hemispherical flower heads that are subtended by well developed involucral bracts, and somewhat large white flowers. It is similar to Remijia globosa, with smaller flowers and shorter trichomes.
Distribución : Wet forest vegetation at 1500-1600 m in the Guayana Highlands; known only from Cerro Aracumuni in southern Venezuela (Amazonas).
