Notes:
This species has a somewhat robust glabrescent habit, medium-sized obovate leaves, shortly cymose inflorescences borne with the leaves, and yellow rotate corollas 4.5-5.5 mm long. No authentic material has been seen in this review. The leaves are reportedly verticillate. This species is not well documented, and the fruits have not been seen. It is generally simlar to Hoffmannia conzattii.
