Authors: Published In: Notizblatt des Botanischen Gartens und Museums zu Berlin-Dahlem 10(92): 183. 1927. (20 Dec 1927) (Notizbl. Bot. Gart. Berlin-Dahlem) Name publication detail
Annotation: Published as "acariaeanthum", presumably from "acarus" (mite) and "-anthum" (flower). Under ICN Rec. 60G.1(a) the case ending of the genitive singular "acar-i" is removed and no connecting vowel is added before a vowel, so the compound adjectival epithet is "acar-anthum".
