Notes:
The identity of this name is not at all clear. as detailed by Tsylor & Berger (2021). It appears at a general glance to correspond to a species of Guettarda s. str., but it was described based on a cultivated tree in Paris that never flowered so further study will be necessary to confirm its identity.
