Collector and Number: Hassler 10846 leg. Rojas

Distribution: Paraguay

Note: The labels of Hassler 10846 give the collection date at July, even though the protologue says June. A fruiting specimen at G with a complete label is curated there as the holotype, and two flowering specimens there with incomplete labels are curated there as isotypes; the status of the fruiting specimen as the holotype is not clear, and a case could potentially be made for a multipart holotype or that a lectotype is needed.
