Distribution: Peru (Western South America, Southern America)

Note: Habitat and distribution: Senecio crassiandinus has been observed until now only in the Department of Huánuco, Central Andes of Peru, on steep rock formations with dense scrublands at around 4000 m. Flowers and fruits between May and July.
