There is a possibility of occurrence of  this species in our area (Kashmir) as its type is described from Kullu, India adjacent to Kashmir. Moreover, R.R.Stewart (op.cit.) has also cited two specimens from Kashmir (RRS 8403 and RRS & E. Nasir 23217) under T. eriopodum as well as under this species. The author has not seen any of these specimens.
