Locality: BRAZIL, Bahia, Itaberaba, ARIE Serra do Orobo, Serra UM, 12 degrees 24'27"Sm 40 degrees 32'05"W, 22 Sept. 2005

Collector and Number: D. Cardosa & al. 820

Distribution: Recorded from 3 sites. Two are in the central area of Bahia State in Itaberaba and Piritiba associated with Orobo and Jacobina mountain ranges. Third site is widely disjunct at Santana de Piramama in Minas Gerais, southern slopes of Espinhaco mountain range. Humid arreas surrounded by seasonally dry vegetation at c. 650-700 m., in wet, semideciduous or riparian forests rich soils and in leaf litter.
