Erect, 60-100 cm tall, stem angular, hirsute, hairs yellowish. Stipules free lateral, 4-5 mm long, hirsute. Leaf pinnately trifoliolate, petiole 0.6-3.6 cm long, hirsute. Petiolule c. 1 mm long, hirsute. Lamina 2.0-5.3 cm long, 1.2-2.6 cm broad, broadly elliptic, entire, obtuse, mucronate, hirsute on both sides. Inflorescence axillary, pedunculate raceme or panicle and with some sessile heads in the axils of the leaves below. Peduncle c. 2.5-4.0 cm long, hirsute. Bracts c. 1.5 mm long, pubescent. Pedicel 1.0-1.5 mm long, pubescent. Calyx 5-6 mm long, hirsute, teeth unequal, 3.5-4.0 mm long. Corolla whitish. Vexillum c. 8-9 mm long. Wing and keel subequal to vexillum. Pod oblong, pubescent, shorter than calyx.
