The specimen at PH with the Fendler 932 label is ~P. secunda~ subsp. ~secunda~. Presumably the Fendler label was missapplied to a specimen from some other gathering, not from New Mexico. T.A. Williams, E.A. Kellogg, and R.J. Soreng, have verified the identity of the PH specimen, the US fragment ex PH is also Poa secunda subsp. secunda (RJS 2015)
