Annotation: as "Banisteriæ"; if honoring a person, this epithet would have to be corrected (in accordance with ICN Art. 60.8) to banisteri or banisterae (depending upon the gender of the individual); however, there is no indication that it honors a person, and the epithet of the following species ("Argyreiæ") suggests an allusion to the genus name Banisteria
