Notes:
This species seems to be known only from the type specimen, which has not been studied, and its identity is not completely clear. Based on the photograph of the type this species is similar to Palicourea obovata, Palicourea thyrsiflora, and Palicourea weberbaueri, and may be an older name for this last species.
