Notes: This species is apparently only known from two collections. It is similar to Remijia morilloi, which is found in the same region but at lower elevations.
Distribution: Wet vegetation at 1300--1500 m on sandstone mountains in the Neblina massif, on Cerro de la Neblina in southern Venezuela (Amazonas) and Serra Pirapucú in adjacent northern Brazil (Amazonas).
