Notes: This species is characterized by slender stems, somewhat small leaves, subparallel tertiary venation, short slender peduncles, several subcapitate flowers, corollas ca. 10 mmlong, and small fruits. It seems not to be spiny. The corolla color does not seem to be known. This species may be only known from the type collection, which has several dozen duplicates.
Distribution: Probably seasonal vegetation, central Mexico (San Luis Potosí).
