general taxon notes:

Campylophyllum contains seven species, mostly in temperate regions, particularly of the Northern Hemisphere; three species recorded for the Neotropics, one in Bolivia and the tropical Andes. Species of this genus were previously placed in Campylium.

 

Campylophyllum  contiene siete especies, principalmente en regiones templadas, especialmente en el hemisferio norte; tres especies fueron registradas en el Neotrópico, una en Bolivia y los Andes tropicales, Campylophyllum sommerfeltii (Myrin) Hedenäs.
