Deciduous woody climber. Shoots glabrous. Leaflets 7-9, elliptic ovate, 30-35 x 17-30 mm, serrate, acuminate or shortly so. Calyx 12-13 mm long, 5-partite; lobes triangular-ovate, subacuminate. Corolla orange. Filaments of longer stamens 30 mm long. Capsule 12.5-15 x 0.8 cm. Seeds 4.5 x 20-22 mm; wing white-hyaline, transversely laciniate.
