formerly were included in Coldenia L. That genus has become restricted
to the single species, C. procumbens L., a weedy Old World annual that
grows in mesic habitats, has asymmetrical leaf blades, and has flowers with the
perianth 4-parted (Richardson, 1976, 1977).
