Annual, 10-25 cm long, spreading or ascending, branched mostly from the base, hairy with 2-partite appressed hairs; main stem soon ending into a short flowering erect axis. Leaves 10-50 mm long, 2-10 mm broad, oblanceolate to linear-oblong. Racemes 15-30-flowered, lax in fruit. Flowers c. 2 mm across, white; pedicels 1.5-2 mm long, thickened. Sepals 1.5-2 mm long. Petals about as long or slightly longer than the sepals, narrowly spathulate. Stamens c. 1.5:2 mm long. Siliquae 4-8 mm long, 1.5-2 mm broad, terete-oblong, hairy; valves with a strong mid-rib, each ending into a horn at the apex; style minute with somewhat retuse conical stigma; seeds 2-5 in each locule, c. 1 mm long, ovoid.
