Note: GOET specimen annotated with analysis by Griseb. gives number as "277 = 2471", and collection year as 1863. This GOET specimen was annotated in 1984 by Howard as the lectotype of this name, but this designation does not seem to have been published. An unspecified part of the set of Wright 2471 was later separated as Calycogonium ellipticum C. Wright.
