  • LT: D. Monro - 32 - K - (BC:K356711). (K - (BC:K356711)) Unnumbered Monro material cited as "type" by Allan (1961), but this cannot be considered an effective lectotypification. The upper five pieces on the sheet were designated together as the lectotype by Burrows, 2008.
