Annotation: There is an error of volume and issue number in the printed issue of Turczaninowia where the lectotype and epitype are designated by Doweld. While the title page clearly indicates vol. 5, issue 1, the header on the individual pages gives "Turczaninowia 2002, 1(5):" This has caused some confusion in citing the correct page.
