Standard Note: There has been much confusion regarding the application of the names #Z. lindenii# and #Z. poeppigiana#. The description and type material (in the case of #Z. lindenii# a color plate) for both names are identical and are here considered conspecific. This is supported by the fact that specimens collected by Andre|4 in Ecuador in 1885 (more than 10 years after he described #Z. lindenii#, bear labels in his handwriting with the name #Z. lindenii#. These specimens and type specimen of #Z. poeppigiana# are identical
