[re above ed. note: The first part of 1997 has printed journal cover table of contents (tp toc) as 2(1), i.e., as vol. 2 part 1, although all headers and footers of component papers within (e.g., viz Arriagada-Miller 11: 1-46. 1997) are numbered as issue number "11". Similarly, editorial note notwithstanding, issue numbers 2-10 (1990-1996) could be confused with volumes 2-10 (1997-2005). Conventional volume and part numbering on papers and tp toc begins with 2(2), which has pagination continuous from 11/2(1). jp-2017]
