Erect shrub; stem solid, terete, pubescent-toentose, main branch light brown, side branch reddish brown. Leaves simple, alternate; tomentose; petiole 1-1.5 mm, obovate, base oblique, entire, or broadly dentate, obtuse-round, 5-6 x 2-3 mm. Inflorescence simple umbel, 0.5-10 x 10-13 mm. Flowers bisexual, 2-3 mm in diameter, hypanthium saucer shaped; pedicel 4-4.5 mm long, tomentose, bracteole tomentose c. 0.5 mm. Sepals 5, triangular ovate, 1 mm, tomentose on both sides. Petals 5, 2.5-3.0 x 2-2.5 mm; broad obovate, stipitate, polysepalous, polypetalous notched with unequal lobes. Stamens numerous, usually 20-25, free, filament c. 1 mm long; anther c. 0.5 mm in diameter. Carpels 5, free, c. 2 mm long; ovary c. 1 mm long, style sub-terminal, c. 1 mm long, bent; stigma funnel shaped or bi-flapped, 0.10-0.20 mm long, 0,25-0.30 mm wide. Fruit follicle, tomentose along entire ventral and lower dorsal suture.
