Habit Vines
Note This species flowers from September to March.
Distribution occurs from Arizona to Argentina and also in Cuba.
Note This species is often confused with Jacquemontia sphaerostigma. The best way to distinguish them is by the inflorescence, lax in J. agrestis and subum- belliform in J. sphaerostigma. Apparently J. agrestis is represented in the dif- ferent parts of its range by a number of variable populations. The species ap- pears to be rare in Panama.
Specimen LOS SANTOS: Managre Beach 5 mi. SE of Chitre, Tyson, Dwyer & Blum 2894 (MO).
